As We are a small store that mainly operates through our physical shop we currently only send out parcels once a month, this will be updated at the top of the store page, if you have questions then please contact us via the CONTACT page.
This is a new venture for us, so this may well change if online orders become popular with our customers.
Costs and carriers.
We are currently sending parcels out with Hermes, prices are done by weight and are calculated at the checkout. Postage is between £2.90 and £9.92 with a maximum weigh of 15kg of products.
By placing an order you give us permission to give your address to Hermes for delivery purposes.
We currently only ship within the UK
If your parcel goes missing?
You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched, you can normally expect it to arrive within 7 working days, if your parcel does not arrive then please wait until 14 working days from when the parcel was dispatched before contacting us.
If your parcel has still not arrived 14 working days after then please contact us via the contact form to let us know that your parcel has not been received. After 28 working days from when your parcel was dispatched, if it has still not arrived then it will be assumed lost and we will either issue a refund or re-send your parcel.
If you would like to return your item to us, you can do so by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We do not cover the postage cost of returing items (except in the case of a damaged item), but once the items have been received undamaged then a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
If your parcel arrives and your order is damaged then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we will then ask you to return the damaged goods (with postage covered). Once the damaged goods have been received you will either be issued a full refund or the items replaced and re-posted.
